After turning to Yoga 13 years ago as a tired and anxious mum of two little girls, I discovered the benefits in my body and more so in my mind. I fell in love with yogic philosophy and how we can learn to live it on and off the mat. I completed my 200hr YTT at HYA with Janine Leagh in 2018 and most recently undertook a 50hr trauma YTT with Sarah Ball.

I am passionate about nature, continued learning, bushwalking, travel and treading lightly upon our earth. It is an honour and privilege to share this ancient practice with you! X
