    CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST – ALASANA® HYPNOTHERAPY, FOUNDER ALASANA® STUDIO

    Alison is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. Having completed her Practitioner of Hypnotherapy certification in 2016 and then in 2021, completing a Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy certification, enabling her to be a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.

    In 2022 I was accepted as a National Board Member of the Australian Hypnotherapists' Association (AHA). The AHA has been Australia's premier association for professional hypnotherapists since 1949.

    Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I was a trainer and facilitator for many years, working in leadership positions in companies like Optus, Vodafone and Ticketek. I also worked at the Nuclear Reactor, ANSTO, for eight years in a Human Resources capacity.

    I have my Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Diploma of Training Design and Development, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, Certificate IV in Work Health Safety and Diploma of Work Health Safety.

    In 2018 I undertook one of my most prominent personal growth journeys and completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

    Lea Tsekouras has been in demand as a Remedial Massage therapist in the Sutherland Shire for over 11 years.

    Specialising in remedial, relaxation, sports therapy and deep tissue massages, Lea provides tailored treatments for every client. Her favourite thing about being a massage therapist? Seeing people walk out lighter and happier than when they walked in.

    A life-long resident of the Shire, Lea is never happier than when her feet are in the sand. With three grown sons, she has been highly involved in their school communities, sports clubs and with local charities. Lea has firsthand experience on the benefits of remedial massage from many years with Gymea netball club, and on the soccer field as a Gymea Giant. More recently Lea has hung up her personal training shoes and now enjoys her regular yoga practice.

    A member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT), Lea’s qualifications include a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Diploma of Fitness, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment, Neurolinguistic Programming training (NLP) and she is a qualified Reiki practitioner, so you know you’re in great hands.
