As with most people, yoga came to me in a time of need - I fell in love with the practice as a means of challenging myself both physically and mentally to listen to my body, and have stuck with it ever since. Eight years later, I finally took the leap and completed my 200hr teacher training in an incredible, immersive environment in Bali in 2022. Being that I love to travel, I've also recently moved from the UK to Australia, and am excited to share my classes over here. I am passionate about both people and our environment, and this beautiful ancient practice reminds us that we are all interconnected and have a role to play in life here on this planet.
Yoga allows us all to take a moment to reconnect with ourselves, to slow down and to be in the present moment, and the yoga community has always been a kind and welcoming space to me, which is what I aim to embody in my classes. Practice will include some strengthening work, as well as opportunities to be still in meditation. I hope I can inspire you to feel grounded in your practice, trust yourself to meet your edge and that you will leave your practice feeling re-invigorated for whatever life might throw at you.
