I first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2013, introduced by my sister, who would later become a yoga teacher and one of my greatest inspirations. At the time, I had no idea how much this practice would shape me. Over the years, my relationship with yoga has ebbed and flowed, but every time I returned to my mat, it met me exactly where I was. What started as a purely physical practice slowly became something much deeper, a way to reconnect with myself beyond movement.
In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Teacher Training, driven by a desire to explore yoga more fully and share the impact it has had on my life. Alongside yoga, my journey into Reiki and energy healing has further deepened my appreciation for the unseen forces that move through us. While my classes are rooted in intentional movement and breath, I subtly weave in elements of Reiki and energetic awareness—offering students the opportunity to experience the magic of this ancient healing method if they welcome it.
My classes are a space for exploration, playfulness, and connection. I encourage students to meet themselves where they are, to challenge themselves with kindness, and to embrace both strength and stillness. I never take anything too seriously and believe yoga is ultimately about coming home to yourself.
