I’m a qualified Vinyasa and yin yoga teacher and passionate healthcare professional with a deep belief in the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time, gently guiding me back to my body time and again, especially during life’s most challenging seasons.

My practice taught me presence, resilience, and the strength that comes from slowing down and listening within. As a nurse working in intensive care, I’ve seen firsthand how stress impacts the body and mind. Yoga became not just a refuge, but a vital way to reconnect, recharge, and restore balance. Now, I share that gift with others.

Through my offerings, from grounding flows to slow-connected yin, I aim to create safe, nurturing spaces where you can reconnect to your body, unlock your inner wisdom, and move with grace in your own rhythm.
