I have been lucky enough to have had a long career in the fitness industry, a group trainer for over 30 years. I have worked and managed counteless gyms around the shire. Since covid I have run outdoor training groups, and have enjoyed moving away from the commercial gym scene.

Always had a keen interest in yoga, as an athlete I realised early on the recovery benefits yoga had after a hard days training, the use of breathing techniques to calm the mind and body. I decided to undertake my training 7 years ago and have not looked back.

I have taught in many studios and some outdoor classes. Going back to a stressful job full time 5 years ago, (high school teacher) yoga is my grounding, and I love sharing this to people in my classes. Just you, your yoga mat and an hour for yourself, what could be better.
