Michelle Todd

Michelle’s passion from yoga started when she was searching for some mental respite and physical movement during a time of big personal change after some challenging circumstances in her life at the time.

Michelle’s first experience of yoga was lifechanging and drove her towards her teaching certification.

Michelle believes it is a privilege to be able to share her experience, creating an environment for people to find whatever space, solace or respite they may be looking for on their mat.

She enjoys teaching diverse groups of people and loves adapting the needs of a class to meet the students where they are at the time – in her mind, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach.
