I started practising yoga 30 years ago, and I never looked back. I have practised in countless yoga studios in Australia and overseas over the decades - taking classes in Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Bikram Yoga. Yoga will always be an integral part of my life and my passion. I truly believe that as yogis, we are life-long students and teachers, and I want to spread the joy of yoga to others so they can experience its excellent physical and mental benefits.

As a yoga teacher, I focus on helping students develop technique, strength and a sense of ease. My class structure consists of initiating the yogic process to warm the body with more dynamic asanas, eventually moving to a static exploration of asana, cultivating balance and integration to reach a deeper release, openness and clarity of mind.

I am qualified in 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including Vinyasa, Yin and Trauma Yoga. I have a Master's Degree in Cross Disciplinary Art and Design and I work with people with disabilities as a Support Worker.
